Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Country Draw (the "Service"), a free, browser-based geography drawing game. By opening or playing the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

• Free and non-commercial. Country Draw is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial entertainment and learning. We do not offer a paid tier, and nothing in the Service is for sale.
• No accounts or uploads. The Service has no registration, login, or profile system. You do not submit, upload, or store any content on our servers — everything you draw lives only in your browser session and is discarded when you close the page.
• No warranty of availability. We strive to keep the Service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, its hosting infrastructure, or its data sources.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service in a way that sends more requests than a normal human player would.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices displayed within the Service.

Intellectual property

The Country Draw software — including its code, visual design, scoring logic, and text — is the property of its developer. Country names, borders, and outline data shown in the game come from the Natural Earth dataset, which is in the public domain and free for any use.

Your drawings are your own — they are generated locally in your browser and never sent to or stored by us, so we claim no rights over anything you create while playing.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the country outlines, borders, or scoring results are accurate, complete, or up-to-date.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the developer of Country Draw be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Because the Service is free and collects no personal data, your use is at your sole discretion and risk.

Third-party services and links

The Service relies on third parties for hosting (Cloudflare), optional advertising (Google AdSense), and map data (Natural Earth via GitHub). It may also contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service or linked site; your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
